HITEC High Temperature Electronics 2014 - Albuquerque
The HITEC conference is a meeting of researchers working at developing high temperature integrated circuits and packaging methodologies for these circuits. There are two sessions that run simultaneously outlining challenges related to developing high temperature electronics. Phase Sensors attended the conference with Sensor Science and DataCan and together searched for methods to extend the lifetime of circuits operating above 150°C. Several different problems were identified and solutions will be developed for these problems. The conference was very encouraging as the conference re-affirmed that the silicon nitride circuit platform developed by phase sensors solves several of the challenges described by companies working in the field.
